PRE-EVENT ACTIVATIONS:
1. What does your business need?- Receive a 30 minute brand & strategy discovery call.
2. Digital & Social Media Spotlight – Sponsors get exclusive feature posts on all event social media platforms, plus their logo on promotional graphics and event pages.
3. Exclusive Media Coverage & PR Mention – Sponsors get their brand mentioned in press releases, local media coverage, and interviews related to the event.
4. Email & Website Promotion – Sponsor logos and business links will be included in pre- and post-event emails to attendees and on the event website.
5. Extended Brand Visibility – Your business will also be promoted across all of Norman’s venues—Haven, Room 43, and Norman’s Bistro—during live events throughout the season, giving your brand even more reach and recognition in the community.
ON-SITE ACTIVATIONS:
6. VIP Seating- for up to for 10 guests
7. Prominent logo placement on event banners and signage
8. Opportunity to provide promotional materials at the event
9. Custom Cocktail or Menu Item Naming Rights – A special drink or menu item will be named after your brand (e.g., "The [Your Brand’s Name] Sunset Sangria" or "The [Your Brand's Name] BBQ Platter").
10. "Brought to You By" On Stage Shout- Outs- Example: “This set, is brought to you by [Your Brand Name], your go-to for [your service].”
11. Speaking Opportunity Spotlight – Sponsors can address attendees during the event (2 minutes please).
12. Raffle or Giveaway Presented by Sponsor-
A premium raffle or prize giveaway hosted in sponsor’s name.

13. Sunset Toast – Champagne Moment- As the sun sets, we will host a champagne toast to the success of you and your business.
THE AFTER-PARTY ACTIVATION:
14. Exclusive Picture Op -Get in on the after- party photo session with Norman and with The Midnight Sun Band.
15. Email & Website Promotion – Sponsor logos and business links will be included in post-event emails to our mailing lists and on the event website
16. Charitable Donation in Sponsor’s Name – A portion of the sponsorship fees will be donated to a local cause on behalf of the sponsor, adding goodwill and community impact.
17. Priority Sponsorship for Future Events – Platinum and Gold sponsors receive priority consideration for future sponsorship opportunities, ensuring long-term brand alignment with Norm’s on The Lake and Midnight Sun’s events.
